No software is available to set up remote viewing on a computer. Remote viewing on my computer can only be set up with the Connect app.Ĥ. Still pricing new phone but expect an additional cost of $200-$400.ģ.

I'm going to have to purchase a new phone as my existing phone cannot be upgrade to Android 8.0. The Night Owl connect app will not work with an Android Version earlier than 8.0. This required me to purchase a new tv to be able to set up the unit.

The unit is only compatible with a 1080p or 4k tv (or monitor). The pictures are clear but there are several problems that I wish the Night Owl rep would have told me before I purchased it.ġ.
